Council is now inviting interested parties to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the future use of the William Presley Place (WPP), Curry Kids and adjacent vacant land..."described in more detail in Part 5 – Scope.
After Council has received responses, Council intends to prepare a short list from the persons who responded to the invitation for EOI's and request written tenders from those persons pursuant to section 228(7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012 (LG Reg).
