ITT2425. Landslide Remediation - Buderim Tramway Trail.
Tenders are invited for landslide remediation works to be conducted on the Buderim Tramway Trail located off Mons Road, Mons under the Queensland Reconstruction Authority (QRA).
The QRA administers funding relief measures to local governments as part of the Australian Government’s Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA), from joint federal and state government funds, and the State Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (SDRA). SCC has been activated under a single declared event requiring restoration works to be carried out under the DRFA Program.
This is a lump sum contract with a Practical Completion date of 25 March 2026.
The scope of works includes, but is not limited to:
• Site management
• Traffic pedestrian management and control
• Service location
• Erosion and sediment control
• Earthworks and Stormwater Drainage
• Minor Road Work
• Provision for additional geotechnical inspections during excavation (if required)
• Final handover and inspection
• RPEQ certification
• As-built drawings including ADAC Survey
Respondents are to include a written construction methodology statement in their submissions and provide all requested information detailed in the tender documentation and Tender Response Form.
Respondents may be shortlisted based on capability and experience and/or their capacity to deliver to Council's preferred Functional Completion Date.
