MRC-2026-LEAS-004 - Lease of Pioneer Shire Building
Mackay Regional Council invites tenders from suitably qualified Tenderers for a Community Organisation to lease Pioneer Shire Building for the purpose of setting up a Community Creative Arts Hub – as set out in more detail in Part 5 - Scope. The tender for the Community Creative Arts Hub is only open to Community Organisations that are Incorporated Associations in line with our Community Leasing Policy.
