30-26. Multi-Functional Devices and Related Services.
Council requires an Operational rental / lease agreement with a suitably qualified Supplier for an initial term of three years, with the option for two additional one-year extensions for the supply, servicing and running costs of multi-function devices throughout the Gladstone Region.
This tender is for the staged provision of standardised multi-function devices to replace an existing fleet of devices as well as new devices as required over the term. These devices must have the ability to self-report meter reads and toner requirements back to the supplier.
