RFQ - Aquatic Program Operations - Seaspray
Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified or experienced individuals, groups, or other enterprises to manage the day-to-day operations of the Learn to Swim and Squad Training program for an interim period from 27 January 2026 to 02 April 2026 while Council’s Cooee Bay Swimming Pool is temporarily closed for refurbishment work. The management of the facility will be governed by a Management Agreement between Livingstone Shire Council and the successful applicant.
