2025.036 - Footpath Construction Program 2025/26 (STAGE 1 Request for Expressions of Interest - Rev1)
The Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified parties for the provision of Footpath Construction works (the Services) within the Mount Barker District Council local government area.
Construction of new footpaths under the 2025/26 program is as follows:
• Woodside Road, Nairne
• Molens Road, Hahndorf
• English Street, Hahndorf
• Bald Hills Road, Mount Barker
Council intends to shortlist a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 Registrants through to Stage 2 Request for Tender.
The purpose of this Request for Expression of Interest process is to firstly shortlist a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 Registrants, and then through a Request for Tender process, identify and select a preferred Tenderer to enter into exclusive direct negotiations with the Council. In order to be considered for the next stage of the process Registrants must submit a compliant Expression of Interest response.
