Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified Engineering Consultants to undertake the following for the Hill River Road Bridge Renewal project:
· Part A: Detailed design including design basis report and all other associated documentation enabling the Northern Areas Council to tender for the construction activities identified.
· Part B: Technical Support in Tender Phase.
· Part C: Construction Superintendent in Execution Phase.
