The streetscaping is located in front of the new Marino Community Hall, in Newland Avenue, Marino.
The works include the demolition and boxing out of the existing pavement, and part of the footpath, and the construction of a new pavement incorporating block paving. The new footpaths are generally block paving. Concrete works include kerb and channel, kerb ramps, indented parking surface. Landscaping works include bed preparation, supply and planting to the beds, and supply and planting of trees. There are some minor drainage works.
The intention is to award the contract by the end of 2025, for works to commence in 2026.
