T25/30 - Design & Construction of Dharawal Nature Playspace and Simmos Beach Parklands – WSIG
Council requires a suitably experienced organisation to finalise the design, documentation, construction, installation and certification for two projects within the Parks and Open Spaces workstream funded by the Western Sydney Infrastructure Grants (WSIG) Program:
Dharawal Nature Playspace
Simmos Beach Parklands – Activating the Upper Georges River
Council expects the two projects to run as concurrently as possible. Both projects will be awarded to one Successful Tenderer. The current lead design consultant for both projects will be novated to the Successful Tenderer.
