T25/26 - Comprehensive Safety Audit on Lighting Assets
Council seeks structural, electrical and lighting professionals to complete a comprehensive safety audit of lighting assets within the Campbelltown LGA. The scope of the Services includes:
• conducting detailed inspections and testing to assess the electrical and structural condition of each asset;
• evaluating compliance with relevant lighting standards and regulations;
• identifying and forecasting immediate and future repair requirements;
• establishing ongoing maintenance schedules to support asset longevity; and
• updating both internal and external asset registers to reflect current asset status and audit findings.
