CT000440 - Renewal of Synthetic Green - Christies Beach Bowling Club (COO057973)
Replace synthetic green and materials as per drawing and specifications, Bowls Australia construction guidelines and World Bowls Performance Standards. This includes:
• Removal and disposal of the existing synthetic turf, timber edging, rubber shock pads, and underlying bedding sand.
• Hold point inspection to test drainage of the existing base and drainpipe.
• Utilise a vac truck to excavate a 1m deep x approx. 10m long trench to investigate extent of tree roots entering the green from large gum tree (as shown on sheet C01 of the drawing set).
• Installation of a new 20mm capping layer and bedding sand to ensure proper levelling and surface performance.
• Installation of a new high-quality synthetic turf surface.
• Replacement of all four bank curtains.
• Renewal of bank and edge timbers and rubber shock pads.
