The City of Adelaide produces and delivers several major events in various parts of the city each year including New Year’s Eve on the Riverbank, East End Unleashed in the East End precinct and the Lighting of the Christmas Tree event. Council also delivers other community events throughout the year that may require Furniture Hire services.
Events take place in multiple locations in the City of Adelaide over various durations with specific requirements that are contained within the Event brief.
Council is seeking a furniture hire company to provide event equipment on a short- or long-term hire basis for Council events including New Year’s Eve, East End Unleashed, Lighting of the Christmas Tree and other events on an ad-hoc basis according to the individual Event brief.
Requirements of the scope of this RFQ include:
• effective pre-event and onsite communication with Council Event Organisers
• hire of suitable and fit for purpose event furniture
• delivery and pick up of equipment which may extend to setting up and packing down of hire equipment
• working onsite in a timely and professional manner
• coordinate furniture to strict pre advised event timetable.
