The Wyatt Street carpark is an open desk carpark that is not required under the BCA to an early warning system.
The installation of a flammable cladding to the external façade required a life safety risk assessment and the BFSC (Committee) agreed that the installation of an early warning system would reduce the rating to an acceptable level (LOW) without removal of the cladding.
