This welcoming space, formerly home to the Southern Hills Pony Club, offers an exceptional opportunity to deliver community or commercial outcomes in a prime location within the Willunga township.
The City of Onkaparinga has received multiple expressions of interest for the parcel and is now formalising an Expression of Interest (EOI) process to identify the best-use concept—whether commercial, community, or a hybrid.
The site is currently categorised as Community Land (Bushland). Alignment with Planning Policy and Land management must be addressed within the EOI process.
This EOI process offers prospective proponents the chance to present proposals or business plans that demonstrate vision, feasibility and community benefit.
