Expression of Interest: Victa Cinema Tenancy - Shop 3 and Shop 4
The City of Victor Harbor invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced operators for the lease of Shop 3 and Shop 4 within the iconic Victa Cinema complex, located at 37-41 Ocean Street, Victor Harbor.
This is an opportunity to establish or grow a business in the heart of the Town Centre. Council is seeking proposals with a strong commercial or community foundation, a clear operational concept, and alignment with existing businesses within the precinct.
Submissions should outline the proposed use of the premises and demonstrate how the operation will contribute to the economic, cultural, and community objectives of Victor Harbor. Council is particularly interested in proposals that align with the Victor Harbor Community Plan 2030 and the Culture Strategy - Arts and Heritage. Proposals delivering significant community, cultural, or public benefit outcomes may be considered for a lease rate below standard commercial terms.
