Alexandrina Council invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced independent facilitators, with formal qualifications in human resources, to provide professional services for the facilitation of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Performance Review.
The successful Tenderer will support the CEO Performance Management Panel in fulfilling its statutory role under section 102A of the Local Government Act 1999 by providing independent advice, facilitation, and expertise in executive performance review processes.
The Services require a high degree of independence, confidentiality, and sound governance judgement.
The Tenderer shall provide the Services in accordance with the Specification contained within the RFT documentation.
Council will enter into an Agreement for these Services with the successful Tenderer.
