CPA/6709 - Request for Tender - Resource Recovery Masterplan
Central Coast Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to investigate, plan and develop a comprehensive Resource Recovery Masterplan (Masterplan) that provides a strategic and long term ‘Roadmap’ that will underpin the delivery of Council’s future waste strategy targets and outcomes.
The Masterplan will identify key resources, service delivery options, locations, facilities and material types to support enhanced resource recovery in alignment with NSW waste and resource recovery targets and include high level cost benefit analysis of proposed deliverables identified within the Masterplan.
