Council is seeking to secure a tenant to operate the Colac Otway Performing Arts & Cultural Centre.
Council's purpose in undertaking this Invitation is:
• To provide sufficient details to enable prospective Proponents to make an assessment of the full COPACC complex and prepare an informed Proposal; and
• To enable Council to identify Proposals which meet Council's objectives for the Cinema and the broader use and activation of the COPACC complex.
