Calling for EOIs for Council Properties
Expressions of Interest (EOI) are now open to reinvigorate over 20 buildings and properties owned by Darebin Council through leasing and licensing arrangements.
EOIs are invited from community organisations, commercial entities and/or any other third parties to partner with Council to unlock the value of its properties through an open, equitable and transparent process that delivers best outcomes for the local community.

EOI evaluation: October 2025
Anticipated Council decision - November 2025
Commencement of Heads of Agreement negotiations with approved EOI participants - December 2025
