Summer 2025/26 Event Registration!
This form is for registering the event that you, your community group, or organisation will be hosting between December 2025 and February 2026. The details you provide will be used exclusively for promotional purposes and do not replace the formal Event Approval Application process. (This can be found at Events Rural City of Wangaratta).
Whether you're hosting a one-off event, running a sports club, coordinating a regular hobby group, or simply organising a casual coffee catch-up, your activity is welcome in our summer program.
Please ensure all information is accurate as you will not receive a proof for review prior to publication.
Some key dates to note;
26th October 2025 - Event Registration for program listing closes at 6pm
November 2025 - Digital program launch
