C366-2026 - Hopetoun Caravan Park Caretaker - Request for Tender
Yarriambiack Shire Council owns and operates the Caravan Park in the town of Hopetoun and are seeking tenders from persons interested in undertaking caretaking duties associated with the day to day operation of the Caravan Park (including the two fully self-contained Cabins under the control of Council).
It is estimated the nominal number of hours to undertake these works will be 25-30 hours per week. The Park Caretaker will be expected to work such hours as are necessary to carry out the functions of the position, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
The Caretaker will be responsible for ensuring the Caravan Park and the Council owned Cabins are presented to a high standard of quality reflecting the needs and expectations of patrons of the Park.
The term of this contract will be for one year from contract execution with the option of a further one-year extension at Council’s sole discretion.
Remuneration for services, will be based on a flat hourly rate (as tendered).
