Stallholders and Performers - Guidelines and Applications
Monash Council hosts a range of community events, programs and workshops throughout the year.
Festivals and celebratory events are an important part of community life.
They can create a sense of pride and belonging in a geographical area or within a community, showcase the talents and cultures of that community to a wider audience and bring people of many different backgrounds together in celebration.
Council presented and supported festivals express the character, attributes and aspirations of the people of Monash.
We invite stallholders, food vendors, performers, artists and community groups to register their interest.
Applications for the 2025/26 events are now open.

General Events - Vendor Fees
These fees apply for all Council festivals and events from 1 July 2025:
• All fees are inclusive of GST
• All stalls must hire a site
Stall equipment hire includes: 1 x marquee 3mx3m with weights, 1 x trestle table and 2 x chairs
Site size: All site sizes are calculated per 3.5m x 3.5m site
Item - Incl GST
Commercial Vendor Site Fee (Per Stall) - $188.60
Commercial Marquee Hire (Per Stall) - $351.80
Community Stall Fee (Per Site) - $91.60 (Monash based, local, incorporated or not-for-profit organisations/groups who provide a suitable free activity may have their site fee waived.)
Community Marquee Hire (Per Stall) - $242.60
Not for Profit Site - $89.30
Carols by Candlelight - Commercial Site - $522.60
Vendors Power Fee (Per Stall) - $87.20
Marquee Weights (Per Stall) - $104.80.
