1485-2025 RFT - Pipe Relining at Various Locations
Council is seeking tenders from qualified and capable contractors for rehabilitation works to Council’s Drainage system, including pipe relining at the following locations:
- Lorimer Street, Greensborough (approximate location is 46 Lorimer Street, Greensborough)
- Robern Parade, Viewbank (approximate location is 5 Robern Parade, Viewbank)
- Carnon Street, Greensborough (approximate location is 6 Carnon Street, Greensborough)
- Argyle Street, Macleod (approximate location is 12 Argyle Street, Macleod)
- Redesdale Road, Ivanhoe (approximate location is opposite 15 Redesdale Road, Ivanhoe)
- Finlayson Street, Rosanna (approximate location is opposite 81 Finlayson Street, Rosanna)
The scope of these works include:
- Relining of existing Council Stormwater pipes
- Replacement of existing concrete pit lids with Class C fibreglass pit lids
- Reconstruction of existing Council side entry and/or junction pits (where required)
In addition to the above, Contractors are to visit the site and make their own investigation and assessment of site conditions.
