• eradication and control of cockroaches, ants, fleas, insect pests, silverfish, bees, and wasps through fumigation with approved insecticides suitable for areas of human habitation, as required and directed by the Contract Manager.

• annual termite inspection, eradication, prevention and certification at specified sites.
• installation and maintenance of pigeon deterrent devices and methods as required.
