2025-66 - The Boulevard Town Centre Revitalisation
Council seeks tenders from experienced landscape and civil contractors for the Boulevard Town Centre Revitalisation project. The City of Whittlesea plans to improve The Boulevard shops streetscape and walking and cycling connections to and from Thomastown Train Station. The improvements include but not limited to:
• Wider footpaths and trading area
• Bike path
• Seating
• Trees
• Permeable pavers
• Pedestrian crossings
• Safer intersection (raised)
• Car parking spaces
• The Boulevard and Station Street Kerb and channel and road renewal including underground drainage and services improvement.
