1491-2026 - Bolton Street Shared User Path Between Rosehill Rd and Main Rd, Lower Plenty
The Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and capable contractors for the construction of Bolton Street Shared User path between Rosehill Road and Main Road, Lower Plenty.
The scope of works generally includes but is not limited to construction activities involving:
• Site Establishment, Preliminaries and Traffic Management including service location.
• Construct 3.00m wide 150mm thick reinforced concrete 32Mpa Shared User Path (SL72 Steel Mesh 50mm Cover from Top) on 50mm min compacted depth 20mm Nom Size Class 3 Crushed Rock as shown on construction drawings.
• Backfill with compacted approved select fill and finish with 75mm topsoil and seed as shown on construction drawings.
• Construct 150mm thick concrete Industrial vehicle crossing as per Banyule City Council Standards DRW R215.
• Construct 1.50m wide 150mm Thick Reinforced concrete 32Mpa Path as shown on construction drawings.
• Ensure works are undertaken in accordance with the Arborist report.
• Trimming and/or removal of trees and revegetation including maintenance and establishment period for 52 weeks following the issue of Practical Completion.
• Construct 1.30m high Galvanised steel fence as shown on the construction drawings.
• Install Cyclist handrail as shown on the construction drawings.
• Install Cypress Bollards as shown on the construction drawings.
• Install 1.50m wide welded Mesh fence panel (1.22m High) in 2 location as shown on the construction drawings.
• Install signage and line marking including warning text, white thermoplastic rumble strips as shown on the construction drawings
• As Built and handover documentation.
• Clean site and remove any rubbish to the satisfaction of the superintendent.
