Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced lessees, owners or operators of holiday accommodation, holiday parks or caravan parks to Lease and complete the Scope of Works at the Park. This EOI includes a Lease and Scope of Works to be undertaken by the Lessee that provides the base obligations of the Lessee. The lease will commence 1 July 2026 for a period of 21 years.
