Expression of Interest - Wanted Community Group BBQ
Summer Pool Party: Free Sausage Sizzle
The Shire of East Pilbara is inviting expressions of interest from a local community group or organisation to deliver a FREE sausage sizzle from 12:00pm to 3pm at the Summer Pool Party on Monday, 26 January 2026 at the Newman Aquatic Centre.
The Shire will donate $500.00 to the successful local organisation or community group's fun raising efforts, and will organise the food permit, access to the facility, and food supplies.
Tasks will include:
• Set up
• Cooking and serving of FREE Sausage Sizzle
• Pack down
• Clean up
The group will need to provide a minimum of 3 people and a current Certificate of Currency or Public Liability insurance certificate.
